Hey curvy girls all over the world,
You guys know that I have a deep love for chic feminine dresses but what you may not know is that I have the same amount of love for pants. I am more of a slim leg or skinny pant type of girl and when I find a pair that fits my hips, butt, and gut oh so perfectly, I tend to buy the pants in every color. Back when Eloquii relaunched their brand, they unveiled one of their staple pieces, which happened to be a pant called the Kady ankle pant.
When it comes to buying pants, I can be very particular. The most important thing a pant has to have in order for me to buy it is belt loops. Especially if the pant has over 2% stretch in them. I can’t stand when pants lose their shape and then you’re left with diaper butt. The second thing I look for is if the leg is streamlined. I like when pants skim and slightly outline your shape. If a pair of pants has those two details, then more than likely, they’re coming home with me.
Since Eloquii’s “Kady pant” met my requirements, I snatched them up with the quickness and I freaking love them. No, seriously, I love them. They’re like the best pair of plus size pants I’ve ever had in the past 7 years of me being plus sized. I mean, the fit is fantastic. The stretch is perfect. Not too little and not too much stretch. The pants truly hit my ankle and made my booty look nice and juicy. No diaper butt here.
I’ve actually had the pants for awhile and I have worn them with a white sleeveless vest before. However, this weekend, I wanted a cute daytime look that was no fuss, so I decided to wear them with a peplum cutout top from Ashley Stewart and my brand spanking new white sandals from Aldo’s which I got for 50% off the sale price.
I curled my hair and pinned half of it to the side and swiped on MAC’s Flat Out Fabulous lipstick and I was ready to go.
