Yesterday I attended Allure Magazine’s beauty breakfast at the Empire Hotel. Guest were treated to breakfast and coffee while getting the rundown on upcoming spring beauty trends hot off the runway.Allure magazine editors for beauty and beauty news were on had to discuss what new beauty trends to expect for next year. They brought along Maybelline makeup artist Gabriel Almodvar to demonstrate how to recreate the looks at home.

Here Gabriel is showing us how to get those bright orange lips that were prominent throughout shows like Jason Wu. On his model he used Mabelline’s color sensational coral crush lipstick. He said the key to a bright bold lip is to saturate the lip with color.

Another popular look on the spring runways were a sun kissed faced. The key to a sun kissed face is using the right bronzer for your complexion and knowing where to put it. On the model below Gabriel used Maybelline’s Fit Me Bronzer to create a flawless natural glow
