Hey curvy girls all over the world,
Last week me and my colorblocked Vince Camuto heels traveled to the Natori bra event hosted by Nicolette Mason of Marie Claire’s “Big Girl In A Skinny World” column. Natori is a luxe lingerie powerhouse brand that makes the most amazing intimates. I personally have a sexy colorful animal print nightie and can attest to the quality and overall sexiness of their lingerie.
Natori teamed up with Nicolette Mason to unveil their new line of bras that go up to a size 40H. As an ample bosom girl, I’m always down to try out a new bra so I knew I had to checkout the goods for myself. Finding a good bra can be an absolute minefield, especially if you have bigger boobs and some clothing lines do NOT store what you need and are looking for. Getting full coverage bras shouldn’t mean you compromise on feel and style, no matter the size it should always make you feel good and give you that confidence.
I arrived at the event and was greeted by an impeccably dressed Josie Natori (the brands designer/CEO) and the super cute Nicolette Mason who rocked a floral ASOS Curve dress and her coveted gold Miu Miu heels.
After greeting the hosts, I headed straight to the bra’s to touch and feel. I must say they were quite lovely. The cool thing about the new Natori bra’s were the gel straps. Talk about comfortable. Words can’t express how comfy the gel straps were. Most bra’s that go up to size 40H are very basic. Natori’s bra’s are made with quality, delicate lace and come in rich hues.
I had a chance to talk with the Natori designers and they assured me that when they were designing this collection they had curvy girls in mind. They designed the new bra’s for curvy women who didn’t want to sacrifice style for comfort and support. Women who wanted a bra that felt so comfortable on, it made them forget that they were wearing a bra. And of course, they designed pieces for the woman on the go, who needs versatile pieces.
You should also know that Natori carries plus sizes up to a 2X in select pieces from their N. Natori collection. You can find fancy robes and night gowns.
What I enjoyed most about the event is how the designers actually sat down next to me and discussed in depth what plus size women are looking for and what are they willing to pay for. I’ve been to enough previews to know that not all designers really care what plus size women want, so this to me was very sincere.
You can checkout all of Natori’s collections including a ready to wear line that goes up to a size 16. Visit Natori today and also follow them on Twitter and Facebook
Be sure to let them know what you would like to see more of for your plus size curves. Believe me, they will listen and execute.

The material used for this bra looks so durable and very rich in quality. I wonder if you have a bra that could reduce the size of a breast? Mine is too big and I’m planning to have a breast reduction in Long Island but I’m hoping there are other ways in which I can hide my big breasts.
