Remember when I told you in my last style post that a youtube comment said someone my size shouldn’t wear full on leopard print. It was one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard. Leopard print is a popular trend this season and I’m loving all the plus size leopard print dresses, tops, and matching suits. It’s sad for anyone to believe plus size women shouldn’t wear leopard print.
Plus Size women and men receive a lot hate and disrespect. Simply for the way we look. It can be frustrating to always have to defend the way you look. It’s even harder to explain to people why you love yourself even though you’re fat. People just can’t seem to believe that fat people are un-apologetically living their lives. One thing I dislike is when people constantly tell us what we shouldn’t wear.
While I believe in wearing flattering clothing, I also believe that plus size women can wear anything they want. I know its a contradiction but its how I feel. You just need to find the right cut and style that works best for your body type. Leopard print is one of my favorite prints. It’s bold and depending on the style, it can be sexy. So whenever I wear it, I feel super confident. I know everyone is entitled to their opinion but there’s nothing anyone can say that will make me stop wearing leopard print.
Plus Size Leopard Print Dresses
A few weeks ago I wore a black and white leopard print suit. This week, I’m serving and twirling in this blue and white colored leopard print dress. Colorful leopard print is a popular fall trend. There are a few plus size options. I found this fun and colorful dress from ASOS Curve. It’s by John Zack.

I love the flow of this dress and the way the blue pops. It comes with a matching belt but I opted for a black faux leather obi belt. I slipped on a pair of multi strap black suede sandals and blue tassel earrings. I felt a bold red liquid lipstick would give the look an extra pop. The liquid lipstick is from Urban Decay and its called Rocksteady.

I LOVE this blog post. I recently started my own blog (literally yesterday haha) and came across your YouTube video about how you quit your corporate job to pursue blogging full time, and you’re honestly such an inspiration! I hope one day I can realize success as well. Looking forward to more posts from you! Get it girl!

Screw the haters, plus size women can and will wear whatever they want. As you proved in this post. Can I take a moment to squee about this dress? This dress is such a cute take on leopard print. I love the pop of color.
