It’s still cloudy and snowy in NYC and I’m ready to scream. Winter is definitely not my season. It’s amazing how weather can really affect your mood. Sometimes when the weather is groggy, cold, and uninspiring I began to feel the same way. There are so many things that might help me improve my mood – like CBD edibles and gummies (if you would be interested, you could click here now to find some for yourself as well), for example! It might help me swerve away from this drab weather and enhance my overall temperament!

But I want the weather to clear up, its just too dreary for my liking right now! It makes it even worse when your home is also cold with a busted heating system, luckily we don’t have to suffer for too long in our homes as contacting an overland park hvac company or an hvac company within your area, is just a phone call away! I think that would truly make me even more miserable if I went from outside cold to inside cold. Of course, for some people they don’t have an hvac style heating system, but instead rely on oil for their homes. Maybe it would be easier to get a refill for those systems from bondedoil.com or the like, but as long as it gets rid of the cold either way is fine by me. The only thing that makes me feel happy or those sunny days are ahead is when I look at bright colors. That’s why I always buy outerwear accessories in bright colors. From gloves to hats. I love my bright blue leather gloves because they remind me of the old school candy “Now and Later.” Don’t ask me why, but they just do. This year I have become a fan of turbans and I found this super cute pink turban from ASOS.

Just looking at the pink turban and blue gloves changes my gray groggy winter mood to a happy one. Speaking of gray, I scored the gray coat that I’ve been eyeing from ASOS for awhile. I find it difficult sometimes to judge how ASOS clothes will fit because the clothes just hang on their models. So, I wasn’t sure how the coat was going to fit. I wanted a gray coat this winter because I wanted to break up my collection of brightly colored coats. Sometimes a girl just needs a simple coat with great details. What drew me to this coat was details like the structured puffed shoulder, funnel neck collar, and twin epaulettes.

I do love the warmth of the coat and how the funnel neck collar swallows you up like a warm blanket. I’ll admit that the double breasted silhouette does make my boobs look bigger, but, I’m okay with that because news flash, I have big boobs. I also like that the bottom of the coat flares out and creates a slight pleated effect from behind.

Well, I think I’m done complaining about the winter for now, so, I hope you guys are having a great day and staying warm and stylish in this crazy weather.

    OMG I love the coat! Especially the ladylike puff sleeves! I have a similar coat (in black, not my fave color but it’s all they had) in London a few years ago. It’s heavy cotton so not true winter wear, but I love taking it out when the weather changes.

    I adore the blue gloves accent! I think gray is a perfect choice for winter because it goes with anything. Much more versatile than black or brown.

    @themerrytraveller- I actually had a matching scarf to the hat, but, sometimes i hate to look so matcy matchy, whch is why I wore the blue gloves.
