According to People.com Kelly Osbourne says:
“Ever since Dancing with the Stars, I’ve tried to get in at least a half hour of cardio a day–nothing too crazy,” she tells PEOPLE. “My trainer Sarah Hagaman is amazing! She knows how to motivate me to go that extra bit without frustrating me.”
Now, I’m no fitness expert, but she has done a little more than a half hour of cardio to get her new slimmer body. I am all for celebrities being happy with their new smaller bodies but let’s not make it seem like losing weight is as easy as a half hour of cardio. I like when celebrities keep it real about weightloss and how they maintain their shapes. I wish Kelly would have divulged a little more info about how she lost the weight and how she is maintaining. I’m just saying.

I think that’s possible. It depends on how she spends that 30 minutes and I’m sure she does weight training. Plus her diet, which I’m sure is great, would play a role too. It just all depends on what her entire regimen is like
Monique says
Yeah, I doubt it’s just cardio.
Living Fly on a Dime says
30 mins could be possible for her continued weight loss. But I’m sure there are other factors as well, primarily a healthier diet. I wish she would have mentioned that to emphasize that it’s not just about how many minutes you sweat it out at the gym but weight loss is an overall lifestyle change.
Tracey says
I was thinking what LIving Fly on a Die said. She lost most of it dancing on the show. All she has to do is maintain it and going from bad eating and no exercise to eating better and exercising would deifnitely explain keeping the new shape and size.
