Hey curvy girls all over the world,
As a plus size woman I’m always infuriated and intrigued by plus size designers who don’t make plus size clothes. It’s mind boggling. I would think that designers like Kate Mulleavy of Rodarte, Alber Elbaz, and the former plump Karl Lagerfeld would have at some point empathized with plus size women and men and said, you know, I’m going to make clothes for people just like me. I often ask myself why haven’t they? Not to sound cheesy, but, doesn’t it take a plus size person to know how another feels and wants to look? Whether they are happy with their size or not wouldn’t it be fair for them to say I know the struggles of my people and I want to make them look and feel good about themselves?
One designer that I can’t seem to understand why she hasn’t even added a size 16 or 18 for that fact to her line is Kate Mulleavy one of the of the designers from Rodarte. I’m constantly wondering
