Hey curvy girls all over the world,
I am absolutely in love with this Donna Karan DKNY jumpsuit. I have been searching for this jumpsuit since last summer when I walked in the Blogher fashion show. Originally, I was supposed to wear this jumpsuit but they didn’t have my size. I went on the 6pm website where it was from to order it but they didn’t have my size.
I also saw my blogging buddy Rez to the City wear it and she looked fabulous in it. I wanted it even more. Lo and behold, while cruising the 6pm site a few weeks ago, it was there and they had my size. Talk about meant to be. A year later and its still on the site.
The sad thing is I saw the jumpsuit on the site before but looked passed it because it looked too big for the model. One of the things I hate about shopping online is that sometimes the models they choose to wear plus size clothes are too small for the clothes and they don’t make them look appealing. Looking at the 6pm.com model in this jumpsuit made me look away but trying it on and seeing a fellow blogger in it made me want it.
This jumpsuit is worth every penny. The quality and fit is wonderful. It’s not light weight, clingy, or flimsy. I had to size up for my hips but all in all I love it. I wore it with a pair of ankle strap Nine West sandals, a woven clutch, and my Banana Republic long necklace.
For accessories I went with my go to Michael Kors watch, and a studded bracelet from Forever 21.
