Hey curvy girls all over the world,
Spring is all about color for me. From bright colored shoes to neon separates. When the weekend rolls around the last thing I want to be doing is spending extra time getting dress. I want to grab and go. I guess that’s why I have so many dresses. This weekend was no exception for a grab and go look The weather was wonderful.

Since it’s so easy to just throw on a dress, I think we sometimes underestimate the power of separates. A cute skirt teamed up with a classic button up is a simple outfit that packs a lot of punch. I wanted a dressy casual look this weekend so I went for a neon orange skirt, a silk blend cream blouse, and my fave pair of Vince Camuto shoes. Shoes for me make an outfit. I believe shoes can transform an outfit. I often build my outfits around shoes.

Neon and neutrals are a trendy combination that I’m digging for spring. You’ve seen me already indulge in the combination for an office look. Right now I’m such a fan of the bandage skirt because that sucker holds you in. For accessories, I rocked a pair of green and gold chandelier earrings, my straw bag I got from my mom last year, a long multi chain pearl necklace, and my usual gold cuff and bracelets.

i have just bought a skirt the same colour, with a peplum bottom, i tried it and was too tight around my difficult tummy area, i haven’t managed to return it yet but i am going to try now and go through my wardrobe to find something to make it work- fingers crossed x you look amazing as ever
