This weekend I took a quick trip to my second home town B’more. Every time I am in Baltimore, I must make a visit to Ross since there aren’t any in NYC. Now Ross is like a Marshall’s or TJMaxx. It’s fun to kind of search for that great find in those kind of stores. There is a possibility that you may stumble on a heavily discounted designer piece or you may unexpectedly find that perfect dress you’ve been on the hunt for.
Before my road trip back to NYC I made a quick pit stop to Ross. Sadly, there wasn’t much to look through because they just finished there no sales tax sale. However, being the great shopper that I am, I found this cute little polka dot number.
As the summer is winding down, I thought this would be a fantastic work dress that could transition me right into the Fall season. I liked the ruffle details on the chest. Often times, women with ample bosoms are told to steer clear of ruffles or any type of embellishment near the chest area but I felt these ruffles weren’t overwhelming and looked fine on my ample bosom.
Since the polka dot print is bold, I kept everything sleek and simple for the office. I added my go to yellow pumps, Michael Kors Hamilton tote, and MK watch for an office appropriate ensemble.
