Hey curvy girls all over the world,
One of the biggest misconceptions about plus size women is that we don’t work out. Society just thinks that we sit around eating junk all day. Well, contrary to popular belief plus size women do work out and eat healthy. A myriad of us believe in having healthy curves. To disprove those old myths, my blogger buddy Cece of The Big Girl Blog is hosting a Plus Size Princess Fitness Challenge this Saturday at New York Sports Club called “Cardio & Curvy Conversations”
Cece has enlisted the help of a professional personal trainer to put those curves to work. Their will be lots of cardio, strength training, as well as candid conversations about working out as a plus size woman and dating.
