For those of you who love Narcisco Rodriguez get ready to get excited because he has partnered with Kohl’s to do a capsule collection. Kohls is definitely trying to get that leg up on Target with this kind of designer partnership. Most recently, Kohls has started a program called “Design Nation, in which they select designers to create capsule collections inspired by a city of their choice. Narciso is the the first designer to release a collection under this program. He chose Istanbul for inspiration. The collection will be available this Fall in November and will consist of dresses, knits, outerwear, and tops all ranging from $30-$50.
When asked about this collection for Kohls, Rodriguez had this to say, “A designer’s mission is to dress as many people as possible,”
If only, their mission would include designing for plus sizes. I’m just saying.

I’m curious to see what her line will look like…..I am the same I have only been plus size for 5-6 years so I definitely can relate to either side of the fence but her personal style is more miss than hit so I’m hoping her line is better than her style.

The Ladies are gorgeous But Jennifer Hudson is no longer a “Curvy Girl” She is considered slim and to some she is skinny.. by no means am i bashing her but geez when i see her on the commercials and in pics, i do not see her the same “Curvy Woman”

Jen is still curvy, if you believe curvy is a shape and has nothing to do with weight. It’s subject to interpretation. Her fashion is up and down.
And if it’s QVC, very likely it will have plus sizes or at least XXL. They have always been able to bring designers to heel and make them manufacture plus.
I like the Narciso coat in the second pic.

I’m gonna be honest, Jennifer’s personal style….ummmm…..*sigh*
She is the last person to have a clothing line in my opinion. But I respect her hustle!

Jen is still curvy to me. I see curvy as shape specific rather than weight specific. I’m really excited to see what Narciso brings to Kohl’s. I love his line!
