8 Chic & Sassy Plus Size Denim SKirts

This season, the denim skirt is having a major moment and we are so here for it. From pencil to skater styles, denim skirts were all over the spring and fall 2015 runways. At Chloe’s spring 2015 show, they sent down the runway, a maxi button down denim skirt. A maxi denim skirt is a refreshing and chic look especially for the fall.

We also saw tulip style denim skirts come down the runway for spring 2015. Denim skirts have always been on trend but it hasn’t been since the early 2000’s that we’ve seen them in abundance. Since plus size fashion has evolved dramatically, there are numerous brands that are offering a medley of plus size denim skirts in sizes 14-28. The cool thing about denim skirts is that they give you an instant polished look. You can rock them with sneakers, wedges, boots, or heels and still looked put together.

I have always been a fan of denim skirts, I remember a few years back I did a denim on denim look with a Torrid denim pencil skirt (See HERE). I will say that you have to be careful with denim pencil skirts because I feel like they make your booty look flat. LOL! Nevertheless, plus size denim skirts are a nice addition to your wardrobe.
