For those of you that have been reading my blog for awhile, you know my style is very classic and sophisticated with a splash of trend. When I saw this turquoise dress, I just knew I had to have it. It had a classic wrap top and A-line skirt silhouette. Perfect for a girl with a tummy, pointy hips, and a round derriere. A girl like me.

I found this dress on the Fashion to Figure website. It would have been perfect for work but the front is showing a little too much thigh. I didn’t want to drive the boys crazy at the office. Instead, I opted to rock it to dinner with the fam. Fashion to Figure has really been stepping up its game from just club and casual wear to creating a balance by adding styles for those who a polished yet sexy look. In my opinion, this dress embodies both characteristics. No?!

To accessorize, I wore my turquoise blue cuff, gold and green beaded bracelets, a pair of gold and green chandelier earrings, a bird necklace, and my yellow suede heels to create a summer look.
