Hey curvy girls all over the world,
As an avid coffee drinker, I’m talking 3 cups a day at least, I am always concerned about two things, having bad breath and yellow teeth. Dental hygiene is super important to me and always has been. Ever since I was a little girl, my parents always made sure that I brushed my teeth twice a day, as well as paid special attention to my gums to ensure that my oral hygiene was the best it could be. As I grew into adulthood, I continued to make this a priority, in an effort to limit my visits to the dentist. Honestly, I realized how important oral hygiene was only when one of my friends, whose teeth were badly discolored, had to consider cosmetic treatments like dental veneers (find out how much veneers cost) to resolve the problem. Well, I’m glad she could get it fixed. However, that is just one example. Dental problems have become so common these days. In fact, I have so many friends who have had numerous dental problems over the years. Some of it has been because of poor dental hygiene, whereas, others have had accidents that have caused their teeth to fall out and would need to get in touch with an emergency dentist in clearwater fl (or wherever you reside) to get their teeth fixed. All I can say is that it’s a good job that one of my friends who met with an accident could get dental implants on time, as otherwise, his self-confidence could’ve taken a bit of a hit. Before doing so, of course, he decided to check out the Cost of Dental Implants to make sure that he could afford it. Thankfully, he was able to, and he has already started the process of getting a healthier smile.
As someone who takes pride in their smile and oral health, I say good for him. To ensure I don’t slip with my own routine, I try to make sure I use the best possible products to keep my teeth white and my breath fresh. Last week, I told you about the beauty box I received from Target and it had quite a few goodies in it. One of the items that was in the box was, Colgate Optic White Express White toothpaste.
I know it may sound weird but I really love trying different toothpastes. The express white toothpaste claimed to whiten your teeth is as little as 3 days and I decided to put it to test. What I found with the Colgate Optic White is that it had a fresh mint taste and a smell that wasn’t overbearing. The whitening toothpaste has hydrogen peroxide and its enamel safe. After my first use, my teeth felt a little sensitive. However, my teeth felt smooth and clean after brushing once. The second time I used it, I didn’t notice a big difference, and after the third time, I felt like I saw more of a noticeable difference. I think with a few more days of use, I will see more of a difference.
Below is a photo of how they looked before using Colgate Optic White.
What I did notice is that my teeth looked a little shinier. Although the whitening was minimal after 3 days, I actually can’t wait to see what my teeth will look like in another 2 days.
Below is a photo of what they looked like by day 3. They seemed brighter.
