Torrid’s plus size lingerie collection has been bringing it in the lingerie department. Last year they launched a diverse body positive campaign for their Torrid Curve back smoothing bra. They also teamed up with plus size model Tara Lynn for a sexy plus size lingerie collection. Well, for 2019 Torrid X Tara Lynn are back. This year they’ve gone edgy and created a smoking hot S&M style collection.
In the second collaboration with model Tara Lynn, they went for a more sultry look. Which we don’t often get to see in plus size lingerie. Tara’s collection offers bodysuits, bralettes, and bra and pantie sets with sexy cutouts. You’ll find microfiber and mesh panties as well as a strapless mesh bodysuit.

While Tara could have probably worked with a number of lingerie brands, she chose Torrid plus size lingerie. Lynn says, “she knew the fit engineers would help achieve her goal of creating luxe lingerie that hugs and highlights a woman’s shape in all the right ways, inspiring them to love their curves and feel confident inside and out. “
Sometimes in brand partnerships you’re not always given full control. That wasn’t the case with Tara. Torrid gave Tara total control in the lingerie design process, ensuring her vision was met for this second and final capsule collection.
Torrid X Tara Lynn lingerie collection is available to shop now and comes in sizes 38B-50DDD. As for panties and the bodysuits, you can get them in sizes 10-30.
While this collection definitely looks like its fun and sassy, I am very disappointed that it only stops at DDD cup sizes. This is one of my major issues with Torrid. For them to be a huge and iconic plus size brand, they don’t offer any cup sizes larger than the DDD.
My fingers are crossed in hopes that they will offer larger cup sizes so people like myself can actually take part in capsule collections such as this one with Tara Lynn.
