When it comes to the holiday season, we always think about sequins and furs but sometimes, I just want to slip on something cute and fuss free. A sweater dress is always my go to during the holiday season. It’s perfect for holiday family gatherings. This year, I found the cutest and cozy knit dress last week from Catherine’s. It’s their irresistible belted dress. I was drawn to the color of the dress because the red just screamed holiday. I also liked the studded chain skinny belt because it gave the dress a modern look.
This is the type of dress that you can wear throughout the holiday season. I could even slip on a pair of flat boots and wear it to do last minute Christmas shopping. I could also show up to Christmas dinner in this look as well. The good thing about this dress is that even though its a knit. It’s not bulky. It’s light weight and easy for me to layer over or under it.
I chose to rock the dress with a pair of suede ankle boots, a multi chain necklace, and a leopard tote for a chic look.
