Hey curvy girls all over the world,
As the title above says, I almost never wear all black. I’m the kind of girl who loves bright colors. However, I do have the classic LBD and black skirts, but most times, I rarely wear them. I feel funny if I’m not wearing color. This year I want to incorporate a little more black into my wardrobe and this dress is my first step. The nice people over at Eshakti reached out to me and offered to send me an item to review. Out of all the colorful dresses that they have I was drawn to this trench style sleeveless dress. Eshakti sent the dress to me back in the winter time but, I wanted to wait until the spring to wear it. I know they’re probably saying, it’s about damn time.
I know people say that if you have big breast you should go for v-necks or scoop necks to make your breast look smaller. For some reason my eye is always drawn to the opposite. I’m all for a v-neck, but I don’t need a closet full of them. I’m okay with my breast looking big because that’s just what they are. I have big boobs. Some days I want to decrease them and some days I just want to flaunt them.

I’ve wanted a trench style dress since last year. I saw one at Loft but it was sold out in my size when I was ready to buy it. I was so happy that Eshakti had one. I think this dress is so cute and flirty. I love that it flares out at the hips and has cute little ruffled sleeves. It’s made of cotton and has a little stretch to it. I also love that it has pockets which ups the cool factor for me. The only annoying thing about the dress is that I literally had to button all the buttons which was consuming but on the other hand I can leave it open and wear it as a jacket over a dress or with jeans. You know I like my clothes to be versatile.

I hope Eshakti makes more colors in this dress. I can see it in camel and in yellow.

 This week I found the perfect shoes to go with this dress. I bought these Python sandals by Calvin Klein from Lord & Taylor. Whenever I try to break away from animal prints, they find a way to suck me back in. I seriously love these shoes and thought they were perfect to jazz up the dress. I also wore my silver and black bracelet to match with the color of the buttons.

You know I had to sneak in a pop of color somewhere, so I rocked my new pink shades and wore my fuchsia lipstick from MAC.     Well this is certaibly how you wear all black. The shoes get two thumbs up 🙂 The snake skin print added an extra touch to the look.
