A Statement Coat
In my opinion, winter fashion is all about outerwear and footwear. However, having a quality statement making coat can make any outfit look spectacular. I always say opt for a bold color coat or a patterned coat. Even if you want to do a black coat, get one with a few bells and whistles like a faux fur collar.

Layer, Layer, Layer
The perfect way to stay warm in the winter and look cute is by layering. The key to layering is to take light weight pieces and build a look with them. You don’t want to do bulky pieces with bulky pieces. A good idea is to layer a button down shirt with a light weight knit sweater. You can then add a blazer or cropped jacket. To take it up another notch, add a warm winter coat.
