When it comes to dressing a thicker middle, my motto is to work with what you have and not against it. If you carry most of your weight in your mid section then you want to do two things. Or atleast 1 of 2 things when creating apple shaped body outfits.

- Follow the rule of thirds to help define your waist. Which is breaking up your outfit into one or two thirds. You can do this with a belt or with contrasting colors.
- CREATE BALANCE
- When it comes to creating balance with your outfit, you want to focus on the proportions. If you wear something fitted at the top, add a looser piece on the bottom. And if you wear something loose at the top, go for a fitted bottom.
