It’s been a little over a year since plus size designer Courtney Noelle released a collection. Her last collection was in 2019. Due to the pandemic many designers and retailers had to put a holt on their collections. Now that the world is beginning to open back up we are seeing more designers drop new collections. Especially plus size designers.
Courtney Noelle Spring Plus Size Collection
This year Courtney Noelle decided to launch a spring collection called “Forward.” When it comes to describing the new spring collection she says, “The Forward collection is for the woman who lives out loud, knows her worth and makes everywhere her runway. From elevated casual wear to red carpet gowns.”
Noelle has never been the type of plus size designer to shy away from bold prints, statement details, and vibrant colors. Her designs have been a cross between sexy and sassy styles. Courtney’s fall 2019 collection called “Uncomfortable” featured jewel toned colored dresses with exaggerated ruffled details.
This year the spring 2021 collection is southern belle meets New York. You’ll find floor length dresses with ruffled details and high splits. We love the white Janie dress (first photo). Then there’s the night on the town style dresses with sequin details and lots of bare shoulders.
There’s something so whimsical and fantasy like with some of the spring dresses. The Ivy dress is in a dreamy color (pictured above) and has a detachable train. Pefect option for adding drama to a look.
